The forest has been there for a long time, and children have always been welcome. Now we call it children's forest, because it is really good for children - and their parents and grandparents. There are different types of forest where you can play and have fun. You have to build caves, play catch, find ants, flowers, run off the paths and eat your packed lunch in peace and quiet.
The children's forest has been created in collaboration with local institutions and volunteers and is therefore very different from the 5 other children's forests in Viborg Municipality.

The facilities can be used by anyone who passes by. If you are a larger group, such as a class or family birthday, you can book the forest and have first right to the facilities. Write to naturogvand@viborg.dk - however, you must be prepared that others who pass by the forest are also allowed to move in the forest. We hope that together you can figure out a way to be there.
