There is an entrance from the parking lot (private entrance) to stairs leading to the 1st floor. Floor. You step directly into a nice, small kitchen, where there is an oven, hob, combined fridge and cabinet freezer, dishwasher and basic equipment. From the kitchen there is access to toilet and shower. From the kitchen there is also access to the living room, where one bed is placed (140x200 bed), a dining table, a soft chair, a sofa and three built-in wardrobes.
There is a passage to the master bed room with a 180x200 elevation bed and one 120x200 bed. In addition, a cot for a small child.
